"Explores the use of dreamtime, spirit guides, and telepathy to discover and reprogram the subconscious motivations, thought patterns, and beliefs behind illness"

Perhaps their recovery and the 'true' secret of their success has more to do with the diet of the Aboriginal people than their spiritual beliefs.

wrote an undergrad paper 10 yrs ago while in oz. our assignment, write about an impact of colonization on the indigenous ppl. i wrote about how settler sensibilities put the dark skinned folks in clothes covering skin adapted to cutaneous synthesis with full body exposure.
at the time, other than smoking, low serum vit d3 could be linked to all chronic illnesses for which aussie aboriginal and torres strait islanders were overrepresented.
found awesome supporting papers in the literature. it was very rewarding.
i was very single track back then though. would be a much more complex and interesting paper if written now :)
