Not well, (if you're referring to nerve pain) aspirin, tylenol, aleve, ect are all for muscles
In found drinking alcohol helped (since it suppresses nervous system) until i got Epitol from my nuero (its $4 - very affordable) Lyrica can make you suicidal - and its expensive

Valium is good for shakes

For some good MS help call MS Lifelines - 877 447 3243

Thanks for the reply, I was wondering because a few days ago I had a the flu and a fever and the only thing I had was ibprophen and tylenol so I went ahead and took them. It helped but I don't know if I should have. I have been feeling great after the diet, vitamins, and supplements and am still testing out foods to see which ones give me the symptoms. So far grains, flour, and sugar for sure. I just became dx two months ago so I'm on the experimentation stage.

Many people take either ibuprofen or tylenol to help counter the side effects from interferon-beta. Ibuprofen, may be more effective than tylenol for this use. I don't think either are a problem with MS in general.
