Dork vs Nerd

The word nerd would probably be more appropriate. Dork has some negative connotations.

OK

Well; I guess we all have our hobby, passion, and to some extents we're nerds...

I am a fan of electronic/robotic amateur; but now due to the condition I just waste my time on computer.

See, I've always seem it the other way around. I think it's very regional (high schoolers seem to have a range of about 5-15 miles which explains regional variations)

I am considering going for (although as I already have a BA I can't see finishing it) a bachelors studying computer science (and other math to be determined later by interest)

I play as much D&D as I can get in, which is not enough. I also play poker when I can.

It's been forever since this was posted, but I thought I'd reply anyway. I'm sure there must be more of us than let on :) I play D&D, Pathfinder, Dark Heresy, Cthulu, and several others. Recently went to my first con, it was amazing!

I am nerdy enough to know that a dork is a male whale's sexual organ. :-p

I'm a nerd. And proud of it! :geek:

Here's a couple of links of some of the silly stuff I do for fun.

And run that website... :-BD
I run a fun little forum site – www.CanadiansTalk.net – check it out. You don't have to be
