Howdy folks.

No news is good news. I've been too busy running around (100 metres with no problem) to post or read. I could have run 200, 300, 500 metres!

I'm in Krakow, on my way home tommorrow, will post in detail then (I've got a time-limited connection.

It works. I feel 10x better than last week. I will post in greater detail on Monday. Until then, thanks. I have not had time to read here, but see a lolt of comments,
