Vitamin C

Post by Gordon »

Vitamin C accelerates or increase the uptake of Iron into the blood. Not good. It appears that where people are anemic in the world they do not get MS.

Congratulations on your success. But the "no vitamin C" diet could lead to scurvy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scurvy

Many years ago researchers announced that they were able to grow new fur on bald rats. Since I've been thread bare on top for years, I was hopeful that one day I might at least be able to grow rat fur on my head. No Luck though!
