Eve, Thanks for two pieces in the big jigsaw. My cog fog was much improved after my first destenosis (Athens Jun 2010) so handling the info is not too big a problem. I feel that something chemical happened in my brain after the procedure because it was too fast to be re-mylination or plastisicity or BBB changes. Pure speculation on my part, let's hope the science explains it in the coming years.
I will add the D3 info to another thread.
