Can IJV's and Azygous veins remain dilated after 3 balloon a

I have had 3 balloon angioplasty's in 2010 -2012,
On the 1st procedure they dilated just both IJVs
In the 2nd procedure they dilated both IJVs AND the Azygos vein
In the 3rd procedure they dont the same as the 2nd procedure

The 3rd MRV:
This new IR said he ballooned the veins more aggressively in hope i dont restenose,
he dilated the right IJV 'proximally until 10mm, distally until 18mm, the left jugular vein until 16mm'.

Percutaneous exploration of the azygos vein showed hypoplasia and several stenosis dilated until 10mm.

I went to India for the Combined Therapy protocol where they dilate stenosed veins while also injecting your own mesenchymal stem cells
BUT they only saw stenosis in my Left IJV and not in my right IJV or Azygos vein.

The doctor told me before that if the veins are just ballooned they will always return to their formally stenotic shape

So does anyone know if multiple balloon angioplaty's in the IJVs and Azygus has successfully kept a vein open/dilated for years/indefinitely? or even if its possible?

Looking at the MRV video my right vein still appears to have a kink in it, this is where the balloons were dilated in the past.
I cant tell which vein is the Azygos so dont know if it still looks blocked but it was 95% blocked in my first MRV in 2010

It might help to repost your question on Dr. Sclafani's thread.

I think it's possible. I'm at nearly 4 years post procedure and, based on symptoms and on last year's follow-up ultrasound, my veins are still open.

I have restenosed significantly in my LIJV---I was treated twice in 2010-11. I am interested in the answer to this too.
