Hello, Grozdinski is labeled a bit of a fraud. Not that he is not a skilled or bad doctor but that he is making unnecessary surgeries. He would always do CCSVI, even if there is no need. I got recommendation to get my veins checked by another doctor and they turned out to be fine, had no need for this surgery. He made CCSVI routine in his previous hospital Tokuda and patients were coming from all over the world some years ago and I see that he has moved to another private hospital. And City Clinic is private as well, has some mixed up reputation but they are specializing in hearth surgery and should be fine for the procedure. If you are sure that you need CCSVI he would not be a bad choice but if you want to be diagnosed first I suggest to try somewhere else.
