Everyone - Sorry, I thought I had the CPT codes on my Supplemental billing -- what I have is the EOMB #'s (explanation of medical benefits). I think you need the CPTcode for the insurance look-up.

Don't know if I'm just being dumb or what, but what is the difference between one's out box and sent box? I've checked my PMs but did not see one from Sharon regarding the ICD 9 codes. Tried sending her one but not sure it went through. It shows up in my out box but not my sent box. Help anyone??

Messages will stay in the outbox until the recipient has read them. At that time, they will be moved to the sentbox. Please see these two posts in the FAQ which discuss private messages.

My insurance is a pain though and they just switched to the BS I mean Blue Shield network, which they touted as an advantage "cause ya get more doctors" and I laughed til my sides hurt cause I know they are really doing it to have yet another layer of "NO" and passing the buck. Before, all I needed was a letter of medical necessity, now, with a PPO I need a pre-auth because that's what BS wants, and they aren't even my insurer just a network.

I'm convinced beyond any doubt that MS oops I mean CCVI is a rich people's disease, or it's for poor people, but workings stiffs are pretty well screwed. That's my beef and I'm stickin to it!
Are you sure that CCVI is a rich people disease? It will select only those who are rich? :)

Sigh. Everyone please check both the original post time, and the last post time, there's nearly a year separation, brought up by a first time poster, for arguably the most misinterpreted thing I've ever uttered in my entire life, said in innocence, but bad timing/import/inflection.

I deleted my reply here, after seeing the "resurrectee" made it his/her very first post on this site. Go figure that one out. This thread must have been 30 pages back no?

What's going on around here? Doesn't anyone introduce themselves anymore, what's with the trolling?

Glad I reached for my delete key haha.

Much bigger fish to fry. Funeral Thursday and one Friday, 3 in the past month. Life=busy, busy is good. Got a haircut today too. Had a tea party with my girls. Yes, real men have tea parties.

actualyl this one is SPAM, not trolling -

the answer is in "anez"s signature line ("get rich online" linked to some crap site)- they dug up a thread about "rich" so they could add that signature link pointing to their website.

The idea is that such links will cause Google to give their site better rankings for their targeted phrase, "get rich online" when people search for it.

Their account and their post should be deleted - and if you want to cut WAY back on the SPAM here the moderators should:

1) not allow brand new users to add code/links to their posts signature files

2) add "rel = nofollow" to the outbound links of all links - (or at least those of new or brand new users). This causes Google to not give weight to pages linked to from the forum - spammers check for this, and if a forum's links are nofollowed they tend to go away.

(see http://techpatterns.com/forums/about633.html)

PS - ha ha, the moron actually set up their link wrong anyway so it doesnt even link to their site or provide them any benefit ... but that IS what he was trying to do.

Thanks Zap for the info. Thought I'd seen just about everything on the net lol. Glad I deleted original reply now too, why waste bits on such trivial nonsense? Sigh. Live n' learn. Need the fumigator to come with some Troll-Be-Gone. Off to the races. Thanks again.
