Klonopin (clonozapam) for spasticity?

Post by Lynn62 »

Does anyone take Klonopin for spasticity?

My neuro told me to try 0.5mg at bedtime to help my leg stiffness since I can't tolerate baclofen.

Thanks,
Lynn

Well, I did try klonopin (clonazepam) for a month but had to titrate off and stop because it did not help and made me weak, dizzy, and VERY depressed. Once it got out of my system, the depression lifted.

My husband has taken it for his anxiety for years and has no problems with it. I seem to have trouble tolerating these types of drugs.
