Disclaimer: I have only been on Gilenya for about two weeks. But in the midst of all the scary stories, I want readers to know that I have no side effects; nor did my heart rate decrease very much during my 6-hour observation period. Gilenya also has the Go! program which will pay your copay - up to, I believe, $12,000 a year. I think just about anyone qualifies, since the drug is so new they are desperate to get people to take it. The program isn't income based; my husband makes a really good salary. So far I'm pretty happy with both the medication and the attentiveness from the drug company itself (though of course I know they are just interested in my money

I will update if I do get any side-effects, or if my 3-month eye exam shows damage.
