Fampyra and 4-AP

Post by UWE59 »

I tried Fampyra for two weeks with no clear reaktion in walking improvement. (MS since 23 years, EDSS 6,5)
I made a break for 3 days (no significant difference, perhaps right leg worse)
Two years ago I made a test with 4-AP, 4x5mg/day.

Now I start again with a 4 week test on Fampyra.
Does anyone have experiance with a combination of Fampyra and 4-AP?

Regards
Uwe

They are the same active chemical with Fampyra being a proprietary slow release version. Taking both would be the equivalent of double dosing.
