Headaches

I'm experiencing bad headaches on Tecfidera but Tylenol doesn't help. Anyone else getting headaches? If so, what works for you? Thanks

I am only on Day one but along with the unbelievably itchy and flaming red 'flushing' I also got a cracker of a head ache. I took paracetamol and it did nothing for it
