Starting Tecfidera Soon

Hey everyone I'm a new MS diagnosed 23 year old choosing to have tecfidera ordered as my first medication. Do any of you have any advice for me? Is this a good option for my first medication? I appreciate the support.

Okay, after some informative research on top of these links, I've chosen personally to start rebif. Thank you for the insight. My mother was on tysabri and I had no idea the same company made the two.

PML is something I'd rather not worry about unless absolutely necessary. I know its rare but I would prefer other options first
