My story

Hi my name is Kay, I am a 31 year old female wife and mother. On Friday, January 22, 2020 I was sitting on my couch at home with my kids when I suddenly got very nauseas when I went to stand up my right arm was weak and stiff, I was also very dizzy. After about 20 minutes I felt a lot better and went to bed as I was exhausted. Saturday morning I felt so much better and went out for the morning, when I started driving I was good and then I started getting very hot again and my peripheral vision got all blurry, when I pulled over and stood up out of the car my right knee immediately buckled and became very stiff. I went to the urgent care in the city and they did a pregnancy test and tested my sugar, and a quick neuro test and saw no concern so they sent me home to follow up to PCP. I went home and slept all day (17 hours), the next day I woke up and my whole body was stiff (probably from sleeping all day). Monday, I had an appointment via Telehealth with my PCP and he sent me for a MRI / MRA and CT Scan along with blood work. Blood work the SED levels came back high, but all scans normal. Wednesday and Thursday, I had severe days where I was nauseas, dizzy and overall heavy feeling, I went to ER they did another CT scan and said that my symptoms pointed them to believe possible MS even though my MRI / CT Scan were clear. Friday and Saturday, I started getting a severe pain in my upper right back between by shoulder blades and down to my arm. My PCP told me I have to see a Neurologist and has placed a referral and said they would contact me. My PCP has now called me 4 times asking if I have heard from Neuro and I have not. I have been feeling better just some clumsiness in my right arm and hard to function fully like it used too, seems to take longer to do things.
I have been trying to rack my brain around a lot of things. Thinking back over time. About 2 years ago my skin itched so bad that I ended up with bruises all over my arms and legs, the doctors didn’t know why and eventually they went away. About 4 months ago I went partially color blind (more pinks and reds) but I didn’t even go to the doctor since my father was color blind and I hate going to the doctors and it I didn’t really see it as that serious. I also get spots in the peripheral vision, but not that often. And my sense of smell has skyrocketed. I now smell everything!!
I guess I will see what Neuro says, if I ever hear from them.
