Since it is a water soluble vitamin. Would it hurt for a RRMS person to take 300 mg biotin per day?
Thanks for the input.

Biotin is just a vitamin (part of the B family of vitamins), so yes it is safe to take for anyone. I have been taking Biotin for about 2 years as a supplement and eating a diet rich in it as well. I started taking high doses of Biotin for about 2 months ago without any negative side effects and yes, I have RRMS. It is suggested you spread the dosage over the course of the day in 3 doses of 100mg rather than taking it all at once.

One compromise approach is to put the whole 300mg into a 20ounce/500ml bottle of water, and keep sipping all day.
Sort-of a home-brewed controlled release.
I make mine up in the evening and it is ready for the next morning.
