This is a very nice write-up. I'm only part way through it, and will probably need to read over it a few times, but am very interested to read the information about the use of high-dose Biotin (up to 600mg/day) for ischemic stroke recovery.

Also, interesting to read the statement that high-dose Biotin was not found to reduce the number or frequency of relapses in those progressive patients who still have them, but it was found to be helpful in improvement of neurologic disability in progressive patients. I have secondary progressive MS, but also still have the occasional relapse.
