Anyone in Melbourne want to buy my Biotin

Post by Scott1 »

Hi,

I found Biotin doesn't agree with me at all. I've taken 1 tablet so there are 89 left. As I don't understand why it didn't agree I prefer to stop. I bought them from Dartnells compounding pharmacy in Surrey Hills so they are the real deal. Happy to send them to a good home.
Should stop playing with fire.

Many people can have issues with Biotin. What I suggest if you are interested in trying it again is to get some low dosage tablets or capsules (5mg dosage) and start with those. If you can tolerate those (one a day over a couple of weeks), increase the dosage gradually/slowly over a period of time, increasing the dosage by 5-20mg per week.

Hi,

I understand that concept but I don't understand what happened. I'll just take my time.

After last year, I am a bit shy of mad experiments.

Regards,
