ikr! :S i was hoping it wasn't going to be another 6 week gap between reports. maybe no news is good news.

(i suspect not in k's case however. urinary d3 excretion remains a neglected info gap where high dose d3 is concerned - suck it, downstream wildlife... and patients' bank accounts...)
take control of your own health
pursue optimal self care at least as actively as a diagnosis
ask for referrals to preventive health care specialists eg dietitians
don't let suboptimal self care muddy any underlying diagnostic picture!

Hi jimmylegs,
I'm glad I took your advice on the Magnesium, I doubled up on my a.m. dose, now I take 300 mg with my Vit.D3 and I noticed an improvement overall in my leg pain, however, I'm now having shin pain like when I used to run... but great suggestion anyhow, thank you. Also I was scheduled for blood-work sooner and now am waiting for my results which I should have in 1 week hopefully that will be the case. You've been a great help!!

hi that is unfortunate and curious re the shin pain. very glad the leg pain improved after boosting the magnesium though! i'll look forward to seeing any results you can share, when you have them. my friend had to go on some drugs recently which sucked her magnesium dry - they must have known it was a risk because they happened to be monitoring. i have never seen a serum level that low outside of maybe some severe one off case study type scenario. maybe your blood work results will point up something that might end up helping in the shin pain dept. here's hoping!

Please do yourself a favor, if you are not doing the protocol please please please reduce D3. Just please.

Maybe try some more leg exercise with increased magnesium?

Hello everyone,
Thanks for all your help back in September. I had to discontinue the protocol as it caused too much leg pain. Even though my protocol Dr. lowered the strength to 10,000 IUs from 15,000, it caused much pain. Also, I had a very bad fall and have been in PT for 5 months...and still am. So now I'm taking CBD (from hemp) oil, I started 3 weeks ago and will see what happens! Thanks again everyone
