- Mayra Testimonial Image
Mayra Duarte has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 10 years ago (she is 26 years old now).

Her Neurologist is very prestigious, he is a reference in MS – when he discovered that she had MS he began immediately the conventional treatment with toxic drugs.

For nine years she was treated with Rebif, Copaxone, Tysabri and Gilenya.

However, the signs and symptoms had worsened progressively and the relapses become very frequent. The brain lesions also increased a lot.

For 1 year and a half, the patient opted for the vitamin D protocol (Coimbra Protocol).

Despite the advanced frame due to the precious time lost with the conventional treatment, all signs and symptoms virtually disappeared with the vitamin D protocol.

The patient did not present any relapse during this period and didn't suffer any side effects to the treatment.

Her "quality of life" has improved spectacularly in every way.

-Years following Conventional Treatment: 9 years
-Drugs used: Rebif, Copaxone, Tysabri and Gilenya

-Years following Coimbra's Protocol: 1 year and a half
-Improvement: any outbreak since then and all the symptoms almost vanish completely.

Marilene Testimonial Image
"ANOTHER PATIENT WHO REGAINED HEALTH AND JOY OF LIFE THANKS TO DR. CÍCERO PROTOCOL"

Marilene, presented the first symptoms of multiple sclerosis in 2000, however, the diagnosis was only closed in 2010.

For four years he was medicated with Avonex without reversal of the disease. During this period the symptoms worsened and the MRI exams (she did two per year) always showed new lesions.

She made several pulse steroid sessions and her neurologist concluded that Avonex was not having an effect. For this reason he decided to change the medication to Tysabri or Gylenia.

However, the patient has researched about the side effects of these medicines and frightened she opted for the treatment with vitamin D (Coimbra Protocol).

In just five months following the Protocol of Dr. Cícero, Marilene got rid of almost all of the symptoms and returned to "enjoy the weekends", something that she had lost since the beginning of the treatment with Avonex.

Certainly, in the future, all doctors will be convinced that the Protocol of Dr. Cicero is superior to conventional treatment in every way!

Unfortunately, however, the time goes by and thousands of patients continue suffering unnecessarily, while precious public health resources are spent on costly and fruitless medications.

Meanwhile, the team coordinated by Dr. Cícero serves a growing number of patients and share their testimonies with the exclusive purpose of promoting the efficiency of vitamin D in the treatment of autoimmune and degenerative diseases.

-Years following Conventional Treatment: 5 years
-Drugs used: Avonex, Tysabri and Gilenya

-Years following Coimbra's Protocol: only 5 months
-Improvement: symptoms decrease considerably.

Several MRIs exams from a female patient of Coimbra Protocol.

You should read them from left to right.

- Number 7 in all images are the first MRI exam made in 08/27/2013

- Number 5 in all images are the second MRI exam made in 04/05/2014

- Number 4 in all images are the third MRI exam made in 05/11/2014

Note: This is an awesome result. With only 14 months

She has begun the Coimbra's Protocol just at the beginning of MS.

Leonardo Testimonial Image Leonardo always was an intelligent boy. Two years ago, he suddenly lost coordination on his left leg, had poor memory and double vision. He felt strong dizziness, lost his balance and began to fall at any moment.
After some exams, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

The doctors had prescribed the conventional medicines. However, Leonardo's mother learned of the adverse effects and did not accept this treatment immediately.

She began researching about other therapies on the Internet and found about Coimbra Protocol. However, he was insecure, because, besides the favorable reviews, there were many doctors other radically opposed to this therapeutic procedure.

In the "youtube" there are videos in which highly qualified neurologists debate about vitamin d. While one of the doctors says it is the best treatment, the other rebate categorically saying that this treatment does not work and the only accepted by the scientific community therapy is conventional treatment with highly toxic drugs.

To resolve this problem she searched for testimonials on social networks. She talked to numerous patients, read about hundreds of testimonials and, finally, took the most important decision of your life: Leonardo would start your treatment with Dr. Coimbra Protocol.

Now his symptoms, especially the worse ones (Diplopia (or double vision) and formication) fortunately disappeared. And the disease entered in remission.

-Years following Conventional Treatment: ---
-Drugs used: ---

-Years following Coimbra's Protocol: only 1 year
-Improvements: Diplopia (or double vision) and formication disappeared.

Raul Testimonial Image At the beginning all stories are very similar: functional losses, consultation with neurologists and, suddenly, the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis falls as a "bomb" in the lives of patients.

Some patients opt for conventional treatment while others choose the Protocol of vitamin D and, from then on, the results are very different.

Raul had the "luck" to go really bad after the first injection of Interferon. Frightened, he abandoned the conventional treatment and decided to treat with the Protocol of Dr. Cicero Galli Coimbra.

Despite the severity of his symptoms, we promised that he would improve in a few days! And that's exactly what happened! As he reports in his statement, the treatment saved his life!

How many years will be required for vitamin D in high doses treatment will be recognized by all doctors as the best treatment for autoimmune diseases? Nobody knows. What we do know is that a lot of suffering irreparable losses and expenses already astronomical could have been avoided.

Raul's statement is another undisputed evidence of the effectiveness of treatment with vitamin D!

-Years following Conventional Treatment: only one application of Interferon and Rebif - he had many side effects.
-Drugs used: Rebif and Interferon

-Years following Coimbra's Protocol: he didn't mention
-Improvements: leave wheelchair, can walk normally and hands' coordination come back.

Are the MRI images with or without contrast?

I am no doctor/radiologist, but I think a number of the brain slices displayed above appear to be at different locations for the same person.

Hi Cure,

Both images are with contrast.

I don't know if both images were displayed in different angles.

I will send an email to them asking it. If they answer I will post here.

Images with contrast vary greatly over time for an individual. In scientific studies of MS they take the averages of a (preferably large) population, not individual cases as proof of any effects/benefits of a treatment. An individual on no treatment could show great decreases in enhancing lesions between MRI's through simply "timing".

Its not the "angle" but the actual slice location I question. Some are clearly of different locations/slices, as we can see different non-ms related structures between the panels. ie cover up the MS lesions and simply look at the rest of the image, and you can see clear structural difference between the panels ie they are not through the same section of brain.

All three images appear to have been taken on the same day, Aug 20, 2015.

Hi NHE,

Yes, it's true. All the images have been taken on the same day (Aug 20, 2015).

Unfortunately, only a few success stories have the Before/After MRI photos.

Although, the most important thing are the Improvements related by the patients. MRI's photos are an only interesting thing to check about what happened with the brain lesions.

-Years following Conventional Treatment: 01 year and 3 months
-Drugs used: Rebif and Interferon

-Years following Coimbra's Protocol: 01 years
-Improvements: stopped the outbreaks and MS is in remission (Disappearance of the signs and symptoms). Patient said that very often she forget that has MS
- Photos (before/after): 27/03/2012 - 28/03/2013

There are two different MRI exams.

Fortunately, she started the Coimbra's Protocol just at the beginning of the disease.

At that time, she was thinking in stop the conventional medication.

This fact will only increase mistrust by readers.

Self reporting is considered poor scientific evidence, and prone to error.

https://www.google.com/webhp?q=problems ... cal+trials
People on the "Marshal Protocol" also relied heavily on self reporting with no medical backup.

Again, the MRI image provided above are of different slices (ie area's) of the brain, and are with enhancement which is known to change drastically between scans ie difficult to garner any medical information on treatment for the scans alone. One only needs to look at the previous scans provided that were from the same day, and see the differences there also.

Hi Cure,

Unfortunately, only some patients publish after/before photos of their MRI exams. Why would it mistrust the protocol?

The photos above aren't from the same day. They have a year apart.

Then, how you analyse a ''true'' improvement on patient's condition if both self-reported and MRI exams aren't the best approach?

A MRI is not necessarily a good indication of improvement or decline.

This time lapse MRI shows numerous abnormal bright spots blossom and grow or shrink over a 12 month period:

"how you analyse a ''true'' improvement on patient's condition"

I don't think there is a true/accurate way to tell how well or poorly someone is doing at any given moment at this time other than how a patient feels over an extended period of time, possibly as long as 15 years or more, as the disease can go into remission for very, very long periods of time and give the illusion of improvement.

Many of the studies we read about are done over relatively short periods of time (meaning just a few months or years) and IMHO really don't provide reliable data. I believe that many of those with RRMS live symtom free for many years at a time regardless of what they do. I know someone who was diagnosed over 10 years ago, does absolutely nothing to treat herself and has lived basically symptom free for almost the entire time.
