Highlights

• Significant proteomic differences were found between pediatric MS and healthy control groups.
• The detected proteins were mostly in coagulation and inflammation pathways.
• The proteomic analysis of four undiagnosed patients was clustering with MS and three of these patients were diagnosed with MS during follow-up.
• Results need to be confirmed in larger studies and by targeted analysis of these proteins.
