Hot dogs have been found in old sites in the same shape they went in.
Fries and hot dogs are both toxic. what we read in nutrition books can be ludicrous. One page said vitamin c is destroyed by heat, another page said french fries was a good source of vitamin C.

Simple reason for this is water availability. Frying any food will drive off water and replace with fat which fungus's can't metabolise.
Not wishing to defend Mcdonalds fries but spurlocks claim simply demonstrates the extremely poor understanding of basic science by most people.
