I'm a fatty at 23.5. I have to admit, I didn't read the link (seva, please post the first paragraph with the links you provide in the future).

BMI is over rated as an analytical tool. It doesn't take into account muscle mass. I'm certain that there are some, if not many, athletes with a high BMI which is completely meaningless.

There are also TOFI people. TOFI = Thin on the outside, but fat on the inside. For example, people with high sugar diets that have excessive liver fat.
