Interesting study.
One of the best supplements I have found for brain health is PHOSPHATIDYL SERINE, commmonly known as PS because the full name is difficult to pronounce. There are many benefits to PS for the brain including and perhaps most importantly HEALTHY BRAIN CELL ACTIVITY: Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a natural component of the brain and is integral to all brain cell activity. I have been taking this supplement for several years.
PS is readily available where you would normally get supplements from.
A couple of interesting facts about the brain: the brain is apparently about 75% water and is the fattiest organ in the body,
consisting of a minimum of 60% fat. And that EFAs (essential fatty acids) are crucial to proper brain health and function.
You may find this short article of interest:

Essential fatty acids can come from meat sources (should be grass fed meats only) or vegetarian sources such as hemp, flax, walnuts, almonds, dark green leafy vegetables such as broccoli and spinach, olive oil, whole grain foods and eggs.
REGARDLESS of how you get them, including EFAs in your diet is likely of prime importance...
