I'm sure they would Koko......I am staying at the Hospital-Hotel only...I was going to stay at the greenville, but decided that I might as well stay at the hospital and take the extra money that would've been spent on a hotel and go out the night before I leave - I'm going to go out to a Bulgarian Folklore restauraunt for a Bulgarian Dinner and a night of Bulgarian Music and Dancing....it will just KILL me to not get up and dance tho'....lol.....at least it's in my future to start dancing again!

Has anyone found the need to have a translation book (Bulgarian to Eng.) at their beside or pocket ?

Trooper......

I have a Blackberry and I donwloaded an application to translate English into Bulgarian. I simply type in my phrase and it translates it - thought it would be a good idea.

I am also going onto Youtube to learn a few of the pleasntries in Bulgairan....Please, Thank You, How are you......etc.

You can pick up a bit of the language by going to survivalphrases.com
They give you about 10 (15 via iTunes) free lessons and they're really quite fun. Unfortunately for me I didn't find them until I got home. Still doing them though ready for my follow-up.

Hi folks.

Trooper, Colapesce gave me some info before re the Bulgarian language and you can download from itunes - survival phrases. I didnt do it though as my hubby beat me to it and has downloaded something onto his iphone. We all agreed though that we would be checking up on the Bulgarian for more drugs please, where's the loo and mine's a vodka please.

Colapesce meant to ask how did it go for you returning to work? I know it was a couple of weeks ago you had mentioned it.

Ha ha ha.......on the survival phrases it does ask "where is the bathroom"

Really glad to hear that at least 1 vein came back to normal. I know its a tough decision about the stents for the other vein, but it sounds like you're in really good hands as you said before. I'm hoping the best for you (and everyone else here as well)...

U people r so smart- that's why this thread is so informative, I will have to borrow my daughter's Blackberry when my turn comes in the middle of WINTER. Thx Ville-Ma for the idea, we will need a electrical converter 2 charge the phone. Devine should know what the electrical system is like.

Hi trooper the voltage here is 220 so you need converters if you come from Canada... and a type of converter extension or somewhat longer since the plugs are round and everything we have is square so it has to be long enough to by pass that round hole and then get to the plugging it in.. as to koko Greenville is in walking distance from the hospital, I think you can even see it from the hospital so if Geyatours don`t bring you back there are taxi`s right in front.. however heads up as I had read in past from trip adviser that before going into the cap ask how much they will charge you to your destination so you don`t get any crazy surprises and supposibly there is nothing we can do about it but pay the exaggerated amount. As for somebody mentionning about running a marathon.. Don`t believe I could do that right now.. as we have to ly on our back for 12 hours with a weight on you from the cutting near the groin....so my back is in pain from being so long in the same position... but it`s all worth it in the end... maybe tomorrow I guess all depending on stenting or not...

thank you..I wil be keeping your guys posted for sure.. as before my date arrived it took awhile before anybody had comments on the operation... still hoping to hear any comments from anybody who had stenting to help me with a decision I have to make tomorrow.
