Cog Fog / Anxiety

Hi All, just registered on here and hoping for a little help pls.

Not sure if one is responsible for the other but really am struggeling at the moment - can't think / concentrate / fluttering in stomach and under ribs / palpatations / waking early in the morning and worrying about the above / stomach acid - reflux etc etc

Can't face going to GP so does anyone have any natural remedies I could try
