Medicare part B

Post by retired_at_40_01 »

I have read all posts and have not found the answer to my question. Maybe, somebody here knows.

Medicare part "B" will cover Ty. How much of the 2,8?? will they pay? The infusion center will also charge. Is that covered?

I haven't rec'd a bill for my first infusion yet. It will be via Medicare Part B and I will post it. Very curious to see what Biogen talked the govt into paying. Yes it will be 80/20% of what Medicare agrees to. I don't know if infusion costs will come separately.

Gary has part B and we are interest in hearing also. MS Active Source "assured" us that if we had A & B, that we would probably not need additional help. But then again, she hasn't seen our bank account! hehehe

Just got off the phone with Medicare. They have no idea how much they are going to pay.
