I am Sandra from Sweden.23 years old,diagnosed with MS 2 months ago and have been taking avonex since then.Reading a lot about Swanks diet,and i put my faith more into lifestyle change than medicine,but my plan is to do both things

The treatment for all neurological disease is to remove the toxins and give the body what it needs to heal itself. The food we eat is the key to getting better. Keep reading the information which is out there and you can get better. Not sure if drugs are the answer.
