Fumaderm/BG-12 and PML

Presuming Fumaderm is nearly identical to what will be shipped with BG-12, has there been a substantial number patients taking this medicine receiving PML? I can't seem to get a straight answer.

On the other hand, they are using off-label Fumaderm in Germany since last year
