Hi Rici,
You might be interested in the book "IVUS Made Easy" by Paul Schoenhagen, et al.

The book is written by doctors for doctors and focuses on coronary arteries. The structure of arteries is different from veins and this is apparent when comparing images in the book with those presented by Dr. Sclafani.
