Very interesting. I was on lisinopril for HBP for years until I developed the dry cough. During that time, I had no MS symptoms or was even aware I had MS. Apx. 4 years ago, I switched to Benicar. All was well until apx. 15 months ago, when I had left-sided short-term paralysis & was diagnosed with MS via MRI, CAT scan. I went into remission after apx. 6 weeks, then apx. 5 months ago, I had a milder relapse with again left-sided weakness.
I would be interested to follow the lisinopril research.

...the EAE mice were dosed with lisinopril at 10 mg/kg/day. That's about 60x the dosage normally given to a person with high blood pressure.
Is a dosage this high physiologically relevant?
