Cp is ceruloplasmin. Of course I don't have a link but recall the average cp for an mser is 38.x and the average for healthy is 35ish.

Feel bad about discussing this on vitamin d thread so I'll stop my ramble here.

I said Cp not Cu, jimmylegs, which is needed to figure out my special Copper imbalance but I’m still waiting for the Copper stuff.
I have problems to supplement enough Zinc (have to throw up/get bad herxheimer etc) from different forms/compounds of Zinc, because I’m most likely Copper toxic. We will see.
Otherwise it wasn’t my intent to post in/on the ‘wrong’ forum/thread. I promised Anonymoose to let her/him know my test–results so I did. Crawling back in my hole now.

It's ALL about the RATIO between Cu, Zn, Cp and Mg-RBC, Anonymoose.

yes hence the request for clarification:
where you say Cp do you mean Cu?
i don't use urinary tests generally. i'll be interested to see the serum cu result though. what do you do for dietary zinc, and which supplemental forms have you tried so far?

At the moment I take Zinc Picolinate and/or Ionic Zinc (~50mg a day if my body does allow to keep it).

THX used to use picolinate as well, but has better results with zinc citrate (when taking enough.. as well as watching dietary *zinc* cofactors and influences of course!!) you can read more about that if you just go over this topic from the beginning: http://www.thisisms.com/forum/regimens- ... 24081.html

OK, got the results of my latest test.

Magnesium is up slightly to 2.1 (from 2.0) mg/dL
Zinc is up to 84 (from 76) ug/dL

I am taking 200 mg of elemental Magnesium daily (http://www.amazon.com/Doctors-Best-Abso ... B000BD0RT0) and have upped my intake of dark leafy greens and nuts. Looks like I may need a second dose of the Mag???

On a positive note, I have been experiencing more strength and less fatigue lately and am able to walk further distances without an issue!
