It appears you meant to write Biotin.

Until recently, it was thought that there was little hope for those in the Progressive stage of MS. Dr. Wahls and this Biotin study have show us otherwise. It is certainly wonderful news for us all.

seeva, you do realize that this is not news, don't you?
This is the same study that has been reported for months - it's just that some academics with a good study (a Phase III trial in this case) will want to promote their work in as many conferences as possible. It helps their list of publications.
Like ElliotB says, there is not much than can offer hope for those with progressive MS - and Biotin is one of them.
Now I must go and take another pull at my bottle of spring water with my daily Biotin dose dissolved in it.
