Inclined Bed Therapy Feedback Request
Hello again, it's been some time since our last discussion about IBT and I know there are quite of few people in this forum who are using and enjoying Inclined Bed Therapy,. many have told me so in the past.
There was a lot of interest in CCSVI and I think this complicated results from people who had remedial surgery and angioplasty. Now that the dust has settled a little, I need your help to report your feedback as a testimonial in our new website at http://inclinedbedtherapy.com We also have a new forum and I have salvaged many old posts from the old site. The new site was put together by a man I have never met. He was so impressed with the results he was reading that he helped to build the new site and did it for free.
I guess you all realise by now that IBT is free of charge and that I have never asked anyone for anything other than feedback.
A new branch of exciting research is taking place with a boy who has an aggressive condition called duchenne muscular dystrophy. Yesterday his bed was raised by six inches after spending several weeks with it raised 4 inches and he is noticing differences in muscular aching, which is a good sign so fingers crossed.
An independent study was conducted into diabetes and showed clearly that simply tilting a bed on a five degree head up incline lowered all the 11 patients blood sugar levels significantly within a few weeks.
A patient with near death aids in Botswana has made a remarkable recovery and is out of hospital, a full account can be found in our forum.
Several radio interviews have been uploaded as a video on Youtube and the mp3 versions can also be downloaded or watched from the site. In these interviews a full explanation of why it is very important to avoid flat bedrest and why inclining your own bed on books blocks, bricks or plastic tubes and bed raisers will help you to eliminate the degenerative effects of sleeping flat.
Looking forward to reading your replies.
Kind regards
Andrew

Re: Inclined Bed Therapy Feedback Request
Dear Andrew I first tried IBT last December after listening to you on a Youtube interview with Clive de Carle. Over the last five months my fatigue, , heat tolerance, eyesight, parasthesias and general aches and pains have improved noticeably. I no longer need an afternoon sleep to get me through the day. After 25 years of MS symptoms I'm still working, jogging and going to the gym. My regime is natural incorporating a vegan diet and supplements. I believe IBT has added further improvements. Many thanks for all your advice, explanation and giving me the opportunity to meet you. Regards, Steve W.

Great to know Lynn. My last migraine headache was in 1994, and had none since. Yes I have occasional headache, probably from banging my head against brick walls Have you observed any other changes? Had any relapses since IBT? If you did how dis it compare with before inclined bed?
Your welcome

Re: Inclined Bed Therapy Feedback Request
Andrew,
My right leg is a little weaker and heavier feeling (within the last 6mos.) but that might be related to another issue. When I first started IBT I didn't experience any worsening of symptoms. I'm just thankful I no longer have the awful headaches nor feel like I'm under
water when I wake up. These are the two improvements that are obvious to me and haven't changed or lessened.
