Hi all,

Thought this may be worth posting on this board as well. We recently conducted an interview with Dr Rebecca Spain, who has just finished a small clinical trial looking at using the oral antioxidant, lipoic acid, as a treatment in people with secondary progressive MS.

I take r-alpha lipoic acid daily but may consider upping my dose
