By the way CurQfen is currently the most bioavailable form of curcumin, better than Longvida while a doctor expert in metabolomics told me to prefer K2 MK4 for neurodegeneration

Fermented Turmeric is also a good choice. Fermented Turmeric is intended for those who prefer to reap the benefits of curcumin's and turmeric’s other naturally occurring bioflavonoids.

I take a large dosage in powder form that also contains fermented ginger. (Each scoop has 45 grams, but like all 'mixed' formulations, the amounts of the two ingredients are not broken down). I add it to a smoothie I take daily:

From Google:
Fermentation increases the bioavailability of curcuminoids, phenols and other vitamins and minerals present in turmeric. It can increase the content of curcumin (the main active ingredient in turmeric) by about 11%. Fermentation increases bioavailability in two ways: the key nutrients within turmeric are much better absorbed into the body due to enhanced water solubility, and those nutrients are converted into an activated form that the body can readily utilize for full effect. Curcumin has low bioavailability, that is, poor uptake into the blood.

CurQfen is marketed as having 45x better absorption than plain curcumin while Longvida claims 50x better absorption. They two formulations are likely about the same.

I have the full article downloaded if someone wants it.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10061533/

This brand has the best available forms at reasonable prices, at least for us in Europe (Curcurouge is probably now the most bioavailable):

I used to order Nutrasal Optima C-PC which was very good and cheap product with lots of phosphatidylcholine but they replaced it with this product, I am not sure due to nano-encapsulation if it still is natural:
