Have you had a Lucid Dream?

Post by CureOrBust »

I have tried LDN in the past, and it seems like it is almost like taking a sugar tablet.

I was also very interested in peoples reports of "Lucid Dreams", which I also did not experience. And so, I wondered, is there any correlation between the two?

Cure have you had any bad reaction the first few days on LDN?
If not this is probably why it doesn't help you, wife has had some introductory symptoms and it seems LDN works for her, time will show us, so far so good!

I used it for a number of months, a few years ago. No bad reactions. At the time, I thought that it may of made me a little more "stiff" the next day, but I could not say for certain.

I call my LDN dreams "technicolor" - they are not nightmares, just very detailed dreams.

I just voted.

I would not necessarily say that my dreams are lucid - sometimes I do not realize that I am dreaming, sometimes I do....

Strange dream life. I am aware of VERY vivid dreams but can't usually remember them when I wake up which I find extremely odd. Technicolor is a great description. They seem like slices of life that I can't remember. I also go into the "I think it helps" category.
