youtube !!!! Great idea !!! Cheerleader has all the connections and Ashton Embry too. Maybe one of them could make this happen after the live broadcast !!!!!!

On the other hand--maybe paying for this supports the making of such documentary.

I think we should all write to the station afterwards if it is a good documentary and let them know the subject matter hit a nerve. Maybe they'd consider keeping an eye on things for future shows

I would be happy to pay for viewing the document - but I think that with payment less people will see it. In youtube, millions of people would see it.

OK, my husband just signed us up for a month of CTV !!!!!!!

Everyone who wants to watch this live be sure to get your time zones straightened out !!!!!!!! It looks like the documentary will be on at 7:00 ET in Canada. For us in St. Louis the show will be on at 6:00 Central Standard Time (CST).

Does this give us a hint of the Jeff & Joan saga? I can't wait to see this! sure, this is great exciting science, but this so imporant, to put a human face on the sufferring we've been through as patients & familys. And then the joy and relief at finding a solution.

Conveying the human impact story will greatly help move acceptance & further research forward. Thanks for making all this happen

These news stations will typically post up stories to video (free viewing) a day later. If you look right now, the W5 stories are from yesterday so it should be up for free come Sunday, "don't quote me on that". Youtubing it is a possibility, just make sure your lawyer okays it first ;) Since these stories are done on propietary players, there won't be any file to save but of course screen cap software can easily do it. I had one exactly like this I REALLY wanted to save, so I videotaped my puter screen. It was plenty good enough.

So this is a good time to "experiment" and see if they have today's story up on the W5 story archives tomorrow. That's will tell us the action for next week. They could even have a 1 week lag in the broadcast>online chain of events.

Who knows, some kind birdie might just post it up to the net but not naming any names....

Hey SammyJo....It's all about love...started with Paolo and his wife Elena. Her MS diagnosis sent him searching, praying, researching. He will tell their story in the documentary, and yes...my love for Jeff sent me searching, too. I'm so glad that Avis and her producer Elizabeth understood the human aspect of this search- and are telling the story in recognition of faith, hope and the greatest of all, love.

I saw the preview on tonight’s W5. I cannot wait to watch it next week. W5 is a well respected Canadian documentary program.

The shows are usually available to view online on their website for quite some time (and not just the day after the show aired).

That's Canadian TV, 11/21, 7-8 p.m. their time is, what, three hours before California time? and we can get to it online? Good. I am really looking forward to this. Daisyduck

I can get that station in hi-def with an antenna but I have to figure out how to get that on a tape (we only have use a dvr with our cable package now). If I can get it on our vcr I might be able to then upload it to the net, I'll check into it.

My dvr/satellite feeds into my vid card on my computer. If you can get it from vcr to puter then should be able to receive the dvr signal into it also. I would upload it though without any tags delineating the station or anything. Just plain brown wrap moniker... I'm going to do it myself in the aforementioned fashion, it turned out much better than I expected (recording from the monitor), and plenty good enuff to get the gist.

Of course all this is moot once they put it online, but it will make a nice goody to hand out with some ccsvi information to docs offices (like mine) that have ms patients, just to get the old foot in the door. Hate to have to go through all that surreptitious stuff but this is way too important. At the least in the near future we'll have a proper link to disseminate too!
