Sleeping in

It's fairly well known that too much sleep can give the same symptoms as not enough.

I've felt it myself, during a brief period of unemployment (waiting for my US visa), I slept a lot but was more and more tired.

There was a couple of recent studies if you google.

Odd.

Maybe you just need that amount. I personally need a good nine.

I've noticed Americans as a rule seem to sleep less and definitely get up earlier than Europeans.
