Poor kid. put on interferon 3 x week and steroids. Probably doing more harm than good.

Sam is one of a small group of Paediatric MS patients that MSRC have been helping over the past couple of years, he, and they, are very brave and resilient.

I read the article on Sam, it reminded me of a lot that I went through except for being diagnosed that young. I actually got sick at the age of 7 and went undiagnosed for the next eleven years. If I were Sam or any other young child with MS, I would do what my parents did with me. Let them try whatever they want (so they still have a childhood) and they feel like they fit in with every other kid. You don't need to keep reminding them that they are different because in their eyes they aren't.
