Is there anything you can tell me to help me out?
Dr. Vogl was very easy to deal with. Did you see Dr. Meyn as well?

Hi Karen,
I agree, he is a man of few words.
Sometimes I had to resend my emails for an answer, but got there in the end.
My appointment is on Monday 29th March and if CCSVI is detected I am in for the procedure the next day.
Haven't booked a hotel yet, looking today, but if you just Google Frankfurt Hotels there are a lot in the centre which is close to the hospital.
Will let you know the hotel that I'll book.
I too am nervous, worried, excited...everything really :D

Take care,
Alan

Haveing sent an email to dr Vogl I then followed it with telephone call I asked him the questions I posted . I got off the phone feeling that he never answered my questions . I had read on this site that Dr Vogl is following a different CCSVI screening simaular to Dr Zamboni but not his.....
maybe someone can fill in the gaps !

Good for all of you trying this Dr. Vogl. The more people we get on board doing this procedure the sillier the Canadian doctors and MS Society will look. I am very proud of you pioneers. Keep us posted.

I wish I could fill in some gaps for you. I had the procedure done with Dr. Vogl on Wednesday past. I wish I knew what the exact Zamboni protocol was, going into the procedure.
I didn't understand enough I guess pre procedure.
I didn't get a sedative like they do in Poland.
I didn't receive blood thinners post procedure like they do in Poland.
I didn't get a post ultrasound like hey do in Poland - I did get a cat scan.

I am not feeling as good post procedure as they do in Poland. I'm told it can take up to 4 weeks.

I'll keep you posted.

Please forward any questions to me. I am happy to help.

big hug
