I also had the angiogram and venogram with contrast performed (with the big MR machine, magnets and all) still waiting do do the phlebography (venography) with catheter, this proceedure is a bit more invasive.

Are you sure your doc did the venography?

I am sure, I had a catheter in both sides of my groin. One for the angio and one for the venogram. I wish I had something to hold onto.. but I am afraid that I don't.
Jenf, best of luck to you! My MS was diagnosed by a lumbar puncture as well as several MRI's. I have never doubted that I have the disease, but will be curious to hear of your results from Vanderbilt. Keep me posted!

You might want to look into an AFO device. We got one for my wife about 9 months ago and it definitely helps by keeping your foot at a 90% angle. Very lightweight, and was made from a custom mold to fit snugly. Insurance covered all but I think $60.
