Johnson -
I hope you are amazed and delighted by the success of your journey/quest for a return of your life. You know, a life unencumbered (less encumbered!) by the bizarre difficulties of MS.
You are going to do great, with all of us here wishing you well.

Thank you so much to everybody. I am just waiting to board my flight to Frankfurt.
I'm a Luddite - with an 8 year-old laptop, and a six year old cell phone, so I won't be able to "Live-blog", but I will get as close to it as I can.
A tip for flying - dress nicely, smile nicely, and suggest that you need a seat where you can straighten your legs because of leg spasms, but not at an emergency exit because you would not be able to help others off... I did this, and got a complimentary upgrade to Business Class. That is going to make a huge difference in how I arrive in Frankfurt. I also asked what it would cost to upgrade, and that I hadn't booked Business because of the cost of the procedure.
Next stop Frankfurt, and Katowice tomorrow afternoon. 16 hours travel time from Vancouver.
See you on Monday, Skincoll, and we'll track down mtf, too.
