Meanwhile every MSer in Kuwait gets a free wheelchair (and you get a wheelchair! And you! And you! - very Oprah). Americans are whispering the names of their back alley wheelchair salesmen. And Canadians, well, sorry Canadians.

Brilliant!!!!
I can't stop laughing, and when you have MS and can't stop laughing, people laugh at you cause you start to cry and laugh at the same time.
OK, well, just me then.

A well known neurologicable journal has condemned the use of 'wheeled locomotor technology' as being a hoax. The editorial made reference to the fact that the Italian and Kuwaitpersons both get a cut on every wheel sold. Apparently there is a very old patent on the wheel. A renowned (but un-verbed) neurologist said "they are also offering the only driving lessons in town".

Poor UK, India and Australia. Even after approving wheelchairs for the rest of the world, it'll take years to research if they're suitable for left-hand traffic.
