Thanks NHE. I just think that these features should be turned on by default..

Do you happen to know what he uses for anticoagulants?
I took:

Clexane 60 unit 2x per day for 7 days
Plavix 75mg 1 per day for 14 days
Aspirin 81mg 1 per day for 1 year

Clexane, interesting! I think it's the same as Lovenox. These are along the lines of the low-dose heparin like anticoagulant that Dr. Sclafani has discussed (Arixtra) although Clexane/Lovenox are stronger, I think. Which has its risks of side effects too.

It's been of interest to see the progression first with Dr. Dake's choice of Coumadin then away from it to Plavix only and now on to these injectables.

That was a strong combination, with all three, that Dr. Sinan used. But honestly there's a lot to be said for looking at what Dr. Sinan does and straight-up doing the same.

Yes, Dr Sinan is the man. It was a good experience. I flew into Alex but others go to Cario and get a ride to Alex. It's about 3-4 hours. If I had known, flying to Cario would have better. The airport in Alex is very small/old.

I'm flying into Cairo and then taking the train..

I'm looking forwards to it. Despite having a bit of a medical phobia, I'm sure that, all in all, it will be a great experience.
