In view of the following recent article, I wonder if your vitamin D (25-hydroxy D) level has been tested:

Are low ultraviolet B and vitamin D associated with higher incidence of multiple myeloma?

If you have not had a vitamin D test, consider requesting one from your doctor. If your D level is below 40 ng/mL, show and discuss the article above with your doctor (a higher serum vitamin D level may help fight the multiple myeloma).
