ok that right there red flags a few other nutrients to worry about. there is great benefit to immediate action even if you can't get testing done. if you have a diverse set of nutrient problems it will be particularly smart to treat first with whole unprocessed food, then with supplements to top up. it should be doable to make half time vegan work, but there will be some effort involved to make sure you're looking after your health as well. if you can post or pm me a typical diet for let's say four days, representing a mix of days you're out at work and days you're at home, then we'll have something we can work with.
