The foods jimmylegs listed have very little biotin in them. The dose for secondary progressive MS is supposed to be 300 mg. per day, every day. That's 300,000 micrograms, found in Herring at 10 microrams per 100 grams of herring, so you would have to eat 300,000/10 = 30,000, times 100 g of herring = 30,000 * 0.1 kilograms = 3000 kilograms of herring per day. I think you would be dead from an overdose of herring on the first day.

that was one single food actually (the rest just come along with the source link) in response to the 'red herring' comment...
