i had the feet buzzing , together with a cluster of other sensory symptoms. Seems like i had it worse than you, yet my MRIs of brain and spine were clinically unremarkable. I don't know if MRI findings would correlate well with the symptoms

I'm sorry, I just saw this.

My foot buzzing happens with looking down and occasionally to either side. It is triggered by exercise or exertion. It's mainly in my left foot and sometimes migrates to my right foot - all in the soles. The only other thing i have going on is a gentle humming sensation in my left foot that sort of pulsates. The best way I can equate it is it feels like my foot is resting next to a refrigerator that is running.
