Loriyas wrote:I love my Wii Fit! It is really great exercise for anyone who wants to increase their strength and balance. Lots of games that help with that and also many games for aerobic activity. I highly recommend it for people who want to help balance and strength and you can do it at home whenever you have the time.

DITTO, DITTO, DITTO!!!!

It's encouragement and gives you measures of improvement and it's not afraid to be brutally honest when you don't quite make the standard. This fires Kim up to work at it. Right now she is really digging the game where she's a parade marshal. She also likes the river bubble, tightrope walking and soccer ball heading games. We're also trying the yoga which can be a challenge too.

I am a top fan of Nintendo Wii! Wii Sport, Wii fit, Wii Fit Plus,... etc.
I have been using it for years, it helps me a lot (saving the strenght and balance).
My docs in MS center don“t believe seeing me dressing up my socks (standing on one leg for dosen seconds not loosing balance...) Still running.
First MS problems in 1994...
Last visit: Your brain and spinal MRI are full of lesions and we shall try to find out how it is possible - you do not have problemes you ought to have...

I don't use Wii fit anymore unless I have someone there to hang onto!

I prefer my recumbant bike.
